Role Overview We are expanding our regional operations and are looking for highly motivated, independent Financial Solutions Representatives in Soweto and Surrounding Areas.  Operating within your local community, you will interact face-to-face with consumers to guide them toward tailored protection and relief packages that secure their household stability. This is an independent, 100% commission-only position with no basic salary, built for target-driven professionals who want to manage their own hours, take control of their income, and fast-track their path into sales management.
Core Products You Will Market ·        Family Wealth Protection: Safeguarding households through registered, highly affordable life insurance and funeral cover.

·        Automotive Security Plans: Connecting vehicle owners with competitive comprehensive insurance quotes and mechanical breakdown warranties.

Key Responsibilities ·        Engage face-to-face with potential clients in local residential areas, shopping zones, business districts, and transport hubs.

·        Gather accurate contact data securely to facilitate competitive financial quotes.

·        Uphold absolute compliance, professional ethics, and strict alignment with industry regulations.
Requirements ·        Tools: Must own a reliable Android smartphone or tablet with a working camera for scanning document copies.

·        Skills: Strong communication skills and a confident, empathetic approach when explaining financial options in simple language.

·        Traits: Self-disciplined, trustworthy, resilient, and deeply motivated by financial reward. No previous experience required—full training provided.
